No. The result is determined using a commit-reveal system that's publicly verifiable. The server seed is hashed and published before the draw, so the team is locked into a value it cannot change after seeing the holders.
No. The snapshot is taken on-chain at a fixed block and cannot be changed or delayed. Any tokens bought after that block do not count toward the draw.
No. The server seed is committed before the snapshot and cannot be changed. There is exactly one valid seed, one snapshot, and one resulting winner — rerolling would break the published commit hash.
